Ensphere Autumn Customer Day Success

On the 11th November 2010, Ensphere hosted its first Customer Day at the Novotel in Warrington. The agenda was especially formulated not just to inform customers of Ensphere's achievements in terms of Sage Accreditation, Circle Of Excellence and Business Partner status but also to provide useful breakout sessions targeted at specific business issues.

Some of the subjects were Document Management, Warehouse Management and making the most of internal alerts and KPI's to make informed business decisions.

The turnout was tremendous with around 50% of Ensphere's customers attending and the feedback was that it was a worthwhile event. In fact Spencer Read from Nemesis e-mailed in to say 'Thank you for yesterday - I don't think I've ever attended such an event that actually kept my interest for the whole day!'
